I get pretty big flat tough pimples on my chin. You cant really tell in that there for the most fragment but they hurt really badly. What can i do to cause them go away?Painful Pimple!?
honestly..this have always worked for me..do try it:-
Use a hot compress on it (a washcloth, sponge, or anything that will allow you to apply moist warmth to the area), and then use cool dampen to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to clear up the area, rinse it near warm river, blot off the excess river with a verbs towel, and then treat it near an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone inside five to six hours.
this will help drain the pimple out and not go off scar

Clinique make a few items for pimples. One product is an acne face clean, another is an emergency spot lotion.
They are both great products.
This is mostly likely a cyst beneath the skin. If you see a dermatologist, they can give you an injection into the cyst and it will be gone completely within a day or two.
