For the past couple of weeks I hold been getting burning sensations within both feet - totally painfull. Also slight pins and needles and numbness in toes as powerfully. Please advise.Problem beside Feet?

Could be gout. Try reduce your meat intake, no alcohol and drink plenty of hose down. If it persists, see your doctor who can prescribe something for it.

Are you by any indiscriminate a diabetic or do you have final problems? Both of these can cause those sensations contained by your feet. It's nerves acting up. Pinched nerves within the back can do this as well.
I would budge to a Dr. and be checked for Diabetes and also see a orthopedic doctor if your back have been bothering you. I am diabetic near spinal disease and both caused those same symptoms surrounded by my feet. It's call Neuropathy. In your case, it may be nought but better to be safe than sorry! Take meticulousness!
