My school is have a cross-country programme next tuesday and i inevitability to hand up my form tomorrow. The problem is, i simply can't run, or bearing, long distance. i don noe why, but i don have asthma, epilepsy or anything. So, i am forced to budge. I don wan to, cause everytime i run or stride for long distance i will faint, capture dizzy, and i can't breathe. i need a extremely good purpose to skip it and i have to shift on that day to gain full attendance. and if u go but don run, you can be the teacher's PA. i don wan anything to happen to me that time, it will really be awful for the whole sch to see me giddy. don suggest stamina exercise, it doesn't work on me. So any good suggestion? i really need to explain to my guru, but wat shall i say? i daren't purloin the risk. The whole point is: i don wan to run (walk), but i don own a good justification, so i'm stuck in the middle. What shall i do? Many nation in my conservatory doesn't run, for they lie to the tutor about have some diseases, but i don wan to lie!Please oblige! Something more or less cross-country. I necessitate an answer formerly tomorrow!?
Have you tried explaining in the order of your dizziness to the teacher? Just relate them what normally happen, surely they'll have some sympathy.
