well i would send for your local pharmacy and describe it to them and they can tell you what it is and how to treat it. it sounds resembling a allergic reaction to me...but i'm no doctor. i hope it turns out ok.

Question please answer?
i have these odd little bumps all over my frontage and they're not zits. You can't see them you can only quality them. They are only on my collar, chin and cheeks but they are starting to spread towards my ears and nose. Three of my cousins own them on their forheads and we all get it at the same time. We own been swimming outside everyday and own been putting on alot of sunscreen and i'm kinda afraid it might be an allergic antipathy or something. Please tell me what it might be and how i can gain rid of them!Question please answer?
