im 20 yrs old i found close to a pee size lump execpt its not really a lump its kinda like a pimple but not doesn`t matter what i cant really explain and i reallyy dont want to goto a doctor bc im too embarrsed can someone help me and convey me exactly ehat its supposed to look like. so i know forsure...Please abet me i dunno what to do. ( i enjoy a lump)?

If you ponder you found a lump, go to the doctor. Plain and simple. The ONLY WAY to put your mind at smoothness is to see your doctor.
Since you can't describe it, you will need to enjoy it examined. If you are embarrassed to run to the doctor, take someone near you for moral support. If you don't go, it could find worse. Most things are easier to treat if you go sooner to some extent than later.
if its on your ball it could be testicular cancer so yeah id stir to the doctor before it spreads if its anywhere else than it could be a mole.
