Please serve... I'm exceptionally concerned give or take a few belly anguish, have be hurting for 3 days beside no nouns?

Male age 24, constant pain surrounded by in lower departed side abdomen.
agony scale one thru ten = 6 and occasional 9... more torment when pressure is applied or moving
feels tight but not bloated...
Regular bowel movements and urination.
No hallucination and no nausea

It sounds as if it could be a hernia, or perhaps diverticulitis. Either will necessitate an MD to diagnose for sure. If it persists another 24 - 48 hours, better obtain it checked out. I'm not sure which side the spleen and appendix is on, but if it's either one of those (though I doubt it at your age) the backache will progress, fast, and will put you on the floor like lightning.

Sounds resembling you need to win your behind to the dr's department. Pain that is constant and at an occasionally 9 is not commonplace.
