For what it is worth, it might be torticollus. This is a muscle problem in which the muscle contained by the lower neck (shoulder areas) constrict and become exceptionally tight. This pulls on the tendons in the upper nouns that hold the head straight.
I hold been diagnosed near it. Dr says some remedys:
Shots of botulism directly into the constricted muscle which would deaded the muscle and allow it to relax. This exceptionally expensive, not covered by insurance and no guarantee it would work. Other treatments are moderate exercicse to strengthen those muscles. I try to move my head to an assortment of positions while walking and hold for 3-4 seconds after easily move to another position. No righteous remedy have I found.
You own got wry kneck.
carry a neck brace pronto.
