So I cannot turn my head as far as I used to surrounded by either direction I haven't have any injuries and its nothing to do beside my sleeping position, Ive had this problem roughly 3 weeks now and its not on the road to recovery. Anyone else had this?

Have you get painful, stressed or tight muscles?
Or grinding in the vertebrae?

sounds like you strained your d¨|colletage. in the skiving fo fever i doubt it is menningitis.i would still jump to the doctor and see about it.use heat compresses to loosen up the muscles. it may be the way you are sleeping.your pillow etc.
I, too, hold had this strain and know how it hurts. Usually caused from position you be laying surrounded by while sleeping...other causes could be rigidity, stress, or just a really impossible kink.
