I have no misery when i walk or anything, i discern no real backache doing normal accomplishments, but if i press down in a convinced location... which is right above the ball of my foot contained by the back...

i get the impression pain. it seem more like i bruised the bone or something, and it merely hurts if i push down on it (or bump it against something) if i stretch that rubberbandlike part that connects your heel near your leg and press there, it doesnt hurt pressing on it. it sounds i know close to it could just be a bruised bone but theres no swelling no bruise and its be this way for a while, long plenty to wonder.Pain above my heel...stipulation minister to. what's it nouns approaching?
it sounds like a hairline fracture or thoughtful bone bruise. But if it's a real problem, it's best to ask a doctor.
