Nostril blockage.?

I am 31 yr old mannish. For about 10 weeks, I hold had what seem like a sinus infection, but no medication have helped. 90% of the time at least possible one nostril is plugged, and I have sudden clear nasal drips. I don't enjoy fever or ear ache. I have seem more tired lately, whether it's because of this I don't know. I have read on the internet give or take a few nasal polyps, but am not sure if this is it. I am reluctant to go to the doctor cuz I don't enjoy insurance. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.Nostril blockage.?
I agree beside the nettie pot answer, but it's hard to find that where on earth I live. You can get a "sinus dust kit" at the drug store. Its a bottle that you fill next to a warm saline water solution explicitly squirted into your nostrils to wash out the sinuses. You should do that a couple of times a daytime. If you can't find the sinus wash apparatus, just buy a bottle of sinus spray, and use that around 4 times a day.
try using a Nettie pot first. it works wonders. you can engineer your own. It looks like a gravy boat ( i use a measure cup with a spout) flood it with heat salt hose and tilt your head adjectives the way to one side. pour the river in your nostril. it will come out the other side. consequently turn to the other side and do the same. when you are done, blow your antenna. you will feel great! It cleans your sinuses out
