Mysterious sickness?

it all started nearly 3 days ago, with throwing up around 4 times and consistently since then have a fever of up to 103 and bounces up and down. i grain achy all over and i hold yet to throw up again . what is wrong?? i want help.Mysterious sickness?

The flu.
Check to see if either your glands on your nouns, or an area around your stomach ( where on earth your spleen is ) is bigger. You might have mono. I'm a probably wrong, but that is to say what happened to me when i have it. You probably have be kissing to many girls. Haha.
Go see a doctor immediately! You could have Mumps, Malaria, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, or Bacterial Pneumonia.
