PImple-like bumps on 4 year-olds inner thighs?

My four year old son have something like pimples on his inner thighs. They are start out red and develop a white go before like an actual pimple. Does anyone know what this is?PImple-like bumps on 4 year-olds inner thighs?
my best guess would be milia. if they are milia, they are firm and are white. there's nil to worry roughly speaking if that is what it is, they will stir away after a while.
could be a heat imprudent, or chaffing...but basically in crust I ould take him to the doctor.
it could be pimples bc he sweats. Or it could be roast bumps. or ant bites. we have red ants and when they bite a personality they are red then capture a white head on them.

could newly be pimples...plain and simple or irritation to something, like the diaper or the detergent your using for the clothes. my sister have a 4 yr old who have lil red bumps on his back...nothting core.
If I were to guess I would guess that it is some sort of bake rash or ingrown pelt.
It could be just impulsive or caused by a microbes, I recommend go near the doctor, my son develop something similar on nose, I didn't retribution too much attention until he get it contained by the lips too, later I took it to the doctor and end up individual cause by a germs, had to hold medication and use creams.
Better call your p[pediatrician to check it.
