Ok, so I had started running contained by the mornings inside my house. The problem is that each time I stop running, when I finish, my foot starts to hurt. I know I'll grasp used to it eventually. The main problem I hold, though, is with eh bottom of my foot. It seems that the skin is peal off more and more respectively time I run. Even my toes have peal skin. Any idea as to what i can do or what I can use to gain rid of the pealed skin? It's everywhere =(Ow! My foot?
You may be wearing the wrong size shoe. Go try on different style sneakers and see if they are more comfortable. It is really far-reaching that you have different sturdy sneakers when you run. Also wear thick socks. It sounds as if for some intention one foot is sweating more than the other. Or it could be athletes foot. I would try one of the over the counter athletes foot creams on the foot that is blistering. I started having some chance peeling and thought that's what it be. Wish it was, turned out I have psorosis. don't worry, you don't hold that or it would be on both feet and your hand,, that's that way that disease works. But, it wouldn't hurt to stir to a dermatologist to check it out. Don't say you will obtain used to it. It's not the kind of article you want to get used to. you want to own comfortable shoes that are right from the beginning.
Maybe wearing socks will minister to. If you don't wear socks while running try that. But if you already do i'm not sure what the problem is. Maybe run outside to give them fresh nouns :D
