i have be weight lifting for a while in a minute, but lately...it hasnt been so uncomplicated. Im getting pain surrounded by my palms of my hand. This is SOOOO annoying because i am not sufficiently expert to continue my reps becuz the misery in the palm of my mitt is so unbearable! I dont know whats going on becuz i cant verbs working out like this. I would want to do another rep, but wouldnt be capable of cuz it hurts so much in the palm of my mitt. Ive tried gloves...it didnt work, ointments...nought works. Is there a solution for this and what is this conditon call?
PS-its not the burn from lifting weights and it is in the PALM of my paw nowhere else.Omg...it hurts!!?
Maybe that's come from another exercise of yours.
Go see a doctor ,wait a while up to that time you start to lift again.Maybe its a sprain,cyst or anything else.Its tough to say again lacking the doctor seeing you.
Maybe you've torn a muscle?? but i can only guess.. I suggest you budge to a doctor asap and not to rely on guesses from people on the internet.
If your sports car was making a funny clap, you'd take it to a mechanic, right?
If your dishwasher spring a slick, you'd call a plumber, right?
If your roof be torn off surrounded by a storm, you'd call a roofer, right?
If your mitt hurts, maybe you should phone up a doctor?

Sounds close to you could have tatty some of the nerves in the palms of your hand. If this was me I would stir see a doctor and find out what is going on before it get so bad that I could not use my hand anymore.
When lifting weights all that cargo goes on to your palms [ any item could have happened] stir get it checked out soon.
you inevitability to go see a doctor. it sounds similar to a stress fracture. you will need time stale and some TLC for yourself.
