Odd lump and passion sick?

So I've asked this question previously but something new have happended, I havent been competent to go to the doctors as of but because Im still suck in another country and dont enjoy the right funds to see a Dr, now my problem is, around a week and a half ago I discovered a lump below my right armpit and it sorta came up over hours of darkness and it's gotten bigger since the first day I have it, the size of it now its nearly that of a 25cent coin, (USD) from when I first found it as the size of a pea, today when I was touching it I notice it was fairly hard when premonition it, and it used to be sore when I touched it, but for some reason it isnt sore anymore, its only a lump thats hard next to no pain, and I dont meditate it plans on getting any bigger, today I also starting to get the sniffles for no apperent basis, and just 10 minutes ago I feel very dizzy resembling I was going to throw up, is any of this related someone's guidance please as to what it may and may not be??Odd lump and passion sick?
First off, you gotta capture to a doctor.
It could be as simple as a clogged gland which is easily treated. Try varying your deodorant/antiperspirant. Deodorants mask the odor sweat cause and Antiperspirants keep you from sweating inherently. The Antiperspirant may be too strong and will clog glands. When the gland is cleared up, go support to your antiperspirant if you want. As far as the other symptoms, this could all be related contained by that you may have a virus.
