No Diseases?

Should humans try to find a cure for all diseases and if we did, would the dirt be able to sustain us? Or is disease a intuitive part of duration that helps preserve population under control?No Diseases?
We shouldn't be so protected from diseases, because when the time comes that we won't win meds for them (and yes, that time WILL come) we won't be immune and we're all gonna die. So I ponder we should just consent to diseases run their courses, and the population would be more stable. Plus, we would be immune to alot more things and maybe not so self-centered, because we would consequently be more aware of how the people near no meds are living.
