You didn't specify where the keloid is located. Is it a cartilage piercing? If, it is a cartilage piercing, it may lately need time to alleviate and it depends on how fast your regular piercing bring to heal. Personally, I hold had two cartilage piercings for give or take a few 18 years and each keloid took something like a full year to go away next to just regular cleanings.
