Open and infected stitches, where on earth to move about from here?

I got stitches, skin and disolvable. Some of the stitches open up and got infected, and they restitched it but it open up again cause of the infection. Now they influence they give up essentially, and i'm left near a hole half the size of a penny on my lower wager on.
