Best suggestion is to go to a dermatologist but it sounds resembling bed bugs or some sort of dermatitis.

serve itching is not normal and if you want nouns get stale the computor and go to cvs and attain some itching or dry skin cream. then i would be in motion to the doctor. i dont think theres any home remedies to work beside if you want results.
