rather while ago i noticed 3 little red bumps on my leg in close proximity my bum. i put sudo cream on them. then one of them go skin coloured but i was competent to pick i"the head" off and later it was basically a flat tiny red bump that went away shortly after. the other 2 you could only just see anyway and they went away too. its most likey genital wart isnt it?Please relieve guys...genital wart?
NO! Genital warts in reality look just close to any other wart. It sounds more like ingrown hair. If you are not sure. Check with your doctor. You don't want to spread anything. And Genital wart can be spread by sexual contact.

I would be in motion to the Dr just to be locked but warts are ususally closer to your "stuff" not your butt. and I don't judge you can 'pop' them, good luck

No. Most likely they be either small pimples or bites of some sort. Genital wart are small cauliflower looking warts, usually skin colored and gross, and they won't go away on their own as a rule, clearly not with a skin cream. You have your one sufficient scare, immediately in adjectives take precautions and you won't necessitate to worry again.
