Pimples on the stern of my principal, how do i seize rid of them?

I have be having this problems for years, but it's getting worse these days, My wife rubs alchohol and it was helping, but in a minute it's seems close to it getting worse, it's getting so bad you can see it through my quill and it hurts when i have my commander strait( wich obviosly is all the time) .. I see that at hand are some treatments, but would it damage or discolor my fuzz..Pimples on the stern of my principal, how do i seize rid of them?
Try a different shampoo. Might be an allergy.
Also maybe try something beside tea tree oil within it.
Change pillow case each day too, it could be transfer from that!

see a dermatologist and enjoy him put you on acutane or a generic form. clears acne right up. or take anything recommendation the doctor give you.

It could also be acne. There are products you can try short a prescription.
If it is really that bad, you should probably see a dermatologist.
You stop beside all the rubbing and doing stuff to it. Let the pimples dry out on their own.
I agree -- see a dermatologist. This might be seborrhea or psoriasis. And, if it is psoriasis, you can variety it worse by picking it, causing it to bleed by hitting it beside the comb or shaver, etc.
