How many times a daylight do u have to put it on? Is it morning and dark or better only at dark?

It have menthol so would it be better at night impose it would be to harsh?Question give or take a few noxzema...?
i dream up once a day should be ample; also you can use it at night or the daytime it doesn't matter
I used to use Noxzema adjectives the time and it never hurt me, I used it when I was a juvenile and it helped keep hold of my skin clean and clear, I never have pimples! I used it to wash my facade first thing within the morning before putting on makeup and at darkness to remove the makeup.
