Hormone replacement therapy is adjectives in treating the symptoms of menopause. However, it does increase the risk of cardiovascular events such as heart attacks. After 10 yrs the symptoms of menopause should be minimal. Have her converse to her doctor about the risks verse benefits.
From what I have read HRT is used to serve during the menopause transition, and in other circumstances as okay. But that when the transition is over, the HRT doesn't need to be taken anymore, and can be slowly reduced and stopped.
If thats what she have been told to do she should do it I infer 10 years on HRT is enough , otherwise she could deverlop even worse vigour problems it is only to acquire a woman over the worsed of the change not to hold her ''Young'' Indefinetly

She should start cheating on you. That will make her quality better.
