My sister's arms?

Hey ya'll. My sister and I just go swimming and when we got out of the pool, I notice that her arms (from about the shoulder to her elbow) turned purple-ish red. We own no idea what could own made this happen! When swam surrounded by that pool a million times, and its still cleaned by the same company, but the sides be just replastered and unusual tile was put contained by...could this have make happen anything? Don't say "give somebody a lift her to the doctor now". If you don't know what it is or a way to kind it less purple-ish red-ish, don't voice anything. Thanks in advanced!

I take it at hand is no pain or irritation, surrounded by that case she have bruised it due to abnormal bleeding partiality that may be due to any reason including drugs or allergy. in attendance meny cleaning things they use for pools such as couren,,,witch could cos theis do tell the doc going on for itso there no! roughly speaking it,,,pepole peeing in the pool as capably she might have reatct to this and rembers within 10times more clouren witch is bad for you so if she on anything eles or basically been surrounded by sun this eungh to cos this to happen but do SEE THE DOC
