My partner father desolately just now passed away and a coroner have said that it be the quirk of the hospital?

He was on dialysis and suffered an allergic counterattack. The hospital were aware that he be allegic to the chemical which affected him. An inquest is very soon to be arranged. Has anyone been through a similar situation and what should we expect from the inquest and after the inquest? My partner father desolately just now passed away and a coroner have said that it be the quirk of the hospital?
I'm sorry for your loss, but I'm somewhat confused. How can the coroner state the hospital was to blame when in that hasn't yet be an inquest?
Evidence from all sides will be hear, as in any other court, later AFTER considering the evidence the coroner then give his/her verdict. It's in recent times all speculation at the moment.
This knit might help you on what to expect within these tragic circumstances
You will have to prove recklessness, and you may have trouble getting the transcription from the hospital, plus doctors tend to stick together the same as other professions, but upright luck and sorry to hear about it !!
Most drugs during dialysis may explanation hypersensitivity ,hypertension, hypernatramia and soso was he on some other drugs too resembling say diabetics and so..
