My white blood cell count is 1.8. I'm not sick and haven't be diagnosed next to an illness/disease. Why?

Additional blood has be taken and i'm waiting for results. I'm not on any drugs that would cause this. I am nursing a toddler. help!My white blood cell count is 1.8. I'm not sick and haven't be diagnosed next to an illness/disease. Why?
The medical entitle for this is leukopenia. There are lots of causes for this, some of them serious, others not so serious. If you are opinion well after the most likely explanation is a vitamin or nutritional lesser amount.
Are you Anaemic? Perhaps you are not eating correctly
