A couple days ago, my throat started to be really scratchy and whenever I swallow I can feel a tacky coat of mucus. I'm doing a musical in which I rehearse for five hours per daytime, which is only making it worse. I've tried drinking lots of hose down and ThroatCoat Tea, but nothing seem to help. Any accepted wisdom? My throat is sore/scratchy, and I can't amount out why.?
The mucus could have cause your bronchi to swell up, making your throat sore/scratchy, etc.
The mucus also might have cause your nose to run more because it blocks up the nasal passage.
You might have to step to the doctor, he'll give you the right meds. In the denote time, drink tea and steamy foods which can clear out your nose, and if you cough up mucus, try to spit it out.
Take an allergy medication and carry tissues around beside you.
Hope that helped, and perfect luck in the musical!
Check for tonsil stones.repulsive little things that get caught contained by the crevices of you tonsils, they smell awful and you can usually poke your tonsils and they will pop out...They can leave that gluey coating and bad essence in your mouth...check it out..
Maybe allergies try a nasal spray it might aid.
really this isn't that difficult. You have a cold. suck it up
jus be in motion 2 the doctor man..
