Red bumps on stomach?

i sometimes get these red bumps on my stomach...
i don't know cause them?
i've tried different soap, different lotion, different laundry soap.
and they come u anyways!
it sucks b/c i can't wear a bikini bc i'm self consious of them.
i try to put vitamin e on it to fade the scars or to manufacture them go away but i want to know the result in.
i don't have the money to stir to the doctor does anyone know what could be wrong?
they don't come up on the surface like acne or a boil it's a short time ago a red knot that leaves purples scar and i HATE it! =(Red bumps on stomach?

could be scabies, these little microscopic bugs that get underneath the skin. go see a doctor
Could be boil and/or stress related. Stress will make you break out surrounded by rashes that are little red bumps - sort of close to a new mosquito bite (just when the squito starts to bite). Could be roast related if you sweat too much.
