No, if you had a bowel OBSTRUCTION, nil would be coming out because it would be blocked.
I'm not a dr. It just resources you're having digestive problems. Could be germs, a virus or food sensitivity. A bowel obstruction would show swelling & constipation.
If it doesn't surpass in 24 hrs, telephone call your doc.
