There are a few things that can make happen rashes contained by small cirlces like that. I would try using tinactin for a time or two. If it does not go away or spreads to larger areas later she would need to move about get tested and vaccinate.

think so fungis.Im not sure but nearby are 2 groups causing this disease,filamentous fungi and yeasts.She didnt get through some toxic mushrooms she didnt know about.Could be sign of food poisoning too or carcinogen or within combination with asthma...She MUST budge and SEE a doctor now.
