Restless Leg Syndrome?

I have not be diagnosed with RLS but I hold a question. When I move about to sleep at night my legs are lately as calm and don't bother me. But during the year at work, I can't stop bouncing around. My legs are constantly moving, bouncing, twitching non stop all time. Would this be considered RLS? Or is there a entitle for what I have? Thanks surrounded by advance for your backing.Restless Leg Syndrome?
RLS symptoms can occur at anytime. It is most prominent at darkness when one attempts to rest. RLS causes unnerving sensations which front a person to move or twitch. Its our bodies solely remedy to combat the pain or discomfort. It is an exhausting and frustrating condition.
Imagine never one truly comfortable. Imagine never being competent to rest without discomfort. Imagine never mortal able to count on a appropriate night sleep because to stop moving equals agony.
I don't know if you have RLS but seeing a neurologist would be prudent. I wish you resourcefully.
RLS is extremely difficult to describe. Most call it a "creepy-crawly" sensation and the undying urge to move their legs.
I too suffer from this during period of inactivity. However, even if it is diagnosed as RLS, in attendance is little you can do about it. Most of the drugs used for RLS own quite a few side effects that outweigh the benefits of treatment unless your defence is competely unbearable.
